  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days upon initial delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be in its new, original condition, must not be worn or altered.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items on sale are non-returnable / non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Approved returns will be processed back to your original method of payment.


  • Providing all documentation is included with your package, your return will be processed within 8 to 10 days of receipt of package. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
  • If you have been notified that your refund has been processed and you are experiencing delays in receiving your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to post to your account.


  • For domestic order processing, please allow within 10 business days for your package to arrive.
  • Please contact us directly for international shipping.
  • Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delayed until we are able to reach you for a business or residential address.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping fees
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
